4. The PORTAL does not contain the actual professional development opportunities, but will post information regarding how to access them.

5. The PORTAL does not contain advertisements, testimonials, surveys or evaluations.

6. The PORTAL provides a place to post employment opportunities but does not guarantee or screen applicants.
