The Local Young Child Wellness Council engages leadership from local early childhood education and development, health, mental health, behavioral health, family support, and other social service agencies to work collaboratively on improving coordination of child-serving programs in Manchester.

The Council also monitors the impact of direct service components of the local project and informs state-level efforts to better serve young children and families.
