Local Raising of America and Raising of New Hampshire Viewings

Tune into New Hampshire Public Television on November 5th at 7:30 p.m. for the national PBS premiere of The Raising of America.  Immediately following at 8:30 p.m., don’t miss the New Hampshire companion program, Raising New Hampshire:  The Early Years! 

       

The Raising of America is a 5-part documentary series and public engagement campaign. It explores how a strong start for all our kids can lead to a heatlhier, safer, better educated and more prosperous and equitable America. Watch the trailer here! Upcoming Screenings 

On Wednesday, February 17, 2025, Impact Monadnock will be hosting a screening of Raising NH: The Early Years. This free event includes a panel discussion featuring law enforcement, parents, early childhood advocates, and healthcare professionals to discuss their thoughts and listen to what you have to say. For more information, contact Marj Droppa at [email protected] or call 603-352-4209. The event will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2025 from 6-8pm in the Keene Middle School Auditorium. 

On Wednesday, February 17, 2025, NHTI will be hosting a viewing of the Raising of America from 5:30-7:00pm. The inaugral hour of the series will be shown followed by a short discussion facilitated by the CFDC staff. The screening will be in Grappone Hall, room 106 (an auditorium). CHaD's Boyle Community Pediatrics Program and the DH Partners for Community Wellness hosted a panel discussion and screeing of the Raising of America Signature Hour. The event took place on September 16th from 6-8pm

The Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy is hosting viewing parties of the broadcast premier of Raising NH Thursday, November 5th at 8pm in Concord, Manchester, Wolfeboro, Salem, and more. Click here to find a viewing party and to RSVP to the event. Current screening locations are as follows Concord, 274 N. On Tuesday, January 26, 2025 there will be a screening of Raising NH: The Early Years at Frisbie Memorial Hospital Conference Center, Strafford, Room.
