The Local Operations Leadership Team is comprised of the supervisors of Project LAUNCH direct services staff from four local agencies who have contracted with the local project’s lead agency, Manchester Community Health Center.
The work of the leaders from the locally contracted agencies includes planning strategy implementation, problem-solving, managing budgets and contracts, overseeing data collection, monitoring quality, and ensuring operations are both efficient and effective. The Local Operations Leadership Team also serves as an Executive Committee to the Local Young Child Wellness Council.
